Here are some products I use for my dogs and recommend from my own experience.
Please do your research on your own dogs individual needs before purchasing. If you have any questions about the products, let me know. Happy to share more details about my experience with them.

Stop That! Spray
This spray is a dog training game changer. A small spray, near the dog (NOT AT THE DOG), and whatever behavior you are trying to prevent or correct would stop. After some time of using this, my dogs would respond to just seeing the bottle. Not in fear, but would stop the undesired behavior immediately.

Lick Mat
Lick mats are great for dogs to keep them entertained, assist with anxiety, and even create fun ways to give them special treats. Highly recommend.

Dog Hair Silicone Mop
I don’t know about your dogs, but mine shed like crazy. Golden retrievers are known for shedding and this mob is very very helpful in getting out those extra stubborn furs out of rugs and off furniture. This is a must have.

Dog Bell
Our dogs have been trained to ring this bell that hangs at our back door to alert us that they need to go outside. When they were puppies, any time we took them out, we rang the bell. After some time we would take their paw and help them ring the bell before opening the door. Within 1 month, they were doing it all on their own. This bell is a very helpful tool for us. They can easily alert us of their need to go out even if we aren’t in the same room.

Below are some yummy recipes I’ve made that my dogs love. These were found on Pinterest.

Pumpkin Banana Treats
Ingredients:
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup mashed banana
2 cups whole wheat flower
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, beat egg, canned pumpkin, and mashed banana. Add the flour in 3 additions, mixing on low until the mixture resembles coarse, wet crumbs.
- Press crumbs together with hands and turn out onto a lightly-floured surface. Kneed until a thigh dough is formed.
- Use a rolling pin to roll dough out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Use a pizza cutter to cut into small bite-sized treats. Transfer to prepared baking sheet
- Bake on center rack for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and prop the door open with the handle of a wooden spoon. Leave the baking sheet in the oven for an additional hour or until treats are dried out and crunchy.
Helpful Notes:
- The dough will be a little wet and sticky. Add more flour till you get more of a dough that you can work with.
- I prefer to line the baking sheets with parchment paper. Allows for easier clean up and transfer to a container or dish where you want to keep the treats.
- This recipe will give you a lot of treats.
