Products (Fertility)

Below are products I have purchased to assist in our TTC journey. Everything from medication management to something to just bring a smile to your face during a very difficult time. It’s important to find the little things that make you smile during difficult times. Many of these products are offered in different colors, sizes, and styles.

Med Prep mat

I used this mat to keep my meds clean and organized while we prepped everything. It was also bright and colorful so brought a some good energy to the situation. Its so cute and always made me smile.

Hot Water Bottle

I used these hot water bottles to keep my belly and feet warm on transfer days and after acupuncture appointments. Felt I had better control over the temperature. Heating pads tend to get too hot which is not ideal.

Pineapple Bandaids

I don’t know about you but I actually bled a little after my daily shots. Basic bandaids are boring. Pineapple bandaids was another way to bring some joy to the experience. Every night, myself husband would do my shot, put one of these bandaids on my belly, and kiss it. It was cute and would always make me smile.

“We’re Pregnant. The First-Time Dad’s Pregnancy Handbook” by Adrian Kulp

While this book currently still sits in a box waiting for the day I get to give it to my husband, it still remains on my recommend list. Such a sweet way to share the news. I have created a box of items that one day, I hope to be able to give to my husband to help him prepare to be a father.

Medication Travel Pack

One of the things that was a bummer about going through a treatment cycle was the fact that you feel like your life is on hold because of the medications and timing of those medications. This travel pack allowed us to be on the move yet remain prepared to do out shots at the necessary times. Ice packs last long, there are enough compartments to hold everything you will need, and its a durable pack to keep your items from getting crushed or broken during your travels.

Small Round Hot/Cold Packs

These ice packs were perfect! I used them on my belly or even my back hip to prepare for injections. Especially those lovely PIO shots. I would place one under my pants to keep in place while my husband prepped the meds. Left on for 5 minutes and it was just enough time to take the sting out of the shot. You can also heat them up. Typically we would place one as an ice pack before the shot and then after the shot (PIO) he would replace with a warm one and massage the area. They worked great. Also easy and small enough to travel with.
